Main Responsabilities:
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing bypass tunnel construction activities on highway sites.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and inspect tunnel construction operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate the delivery and placement of tunnel materials according to project requirements.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of tunnel-related tasks.
• Assist in managing and documenting project-related paperwork, including permits, inspections, and quality control records.
• Work closely with equipment operators and labor crews to optimize bypass tunnel construction processes.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during bypass tunnel construction activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of tunnel construction materials.
• Assist in the implementation of environmental and sustainability practices in tunnel construction processes.
• Support the training and development of construction personnel involved in tunnel-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of material quantities, equipment usage, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in construction management is a plus.
• Proven experience in tunnel construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of tunnel construction materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
