Responsibilities of the Digital Business Development Manager:

Implementation of processes and follow-up of the Schrack corporate strategy in Romania
Supporting general manager during implementation of new digital tools and for daily digital business
Support of tools and services as a key user and responsibility
Support of CRM - Microsoft Dynamics 365, taking into account the strategic corporate direction (sales, journeys)
Creation of targeted sales campaigns – especially with MS Customer Insights
Implementation/introduction of digital processes and sales support measures to increase Web shop KPIs
Organizing trainings, training materials and presentations for various stakeholders
Creation of reports and derivation of measures
Strong cross-functionality with the areas of local sales and marketing
Interface with marketing, digital business and business development in Austria


Especially knowledge needed for Digital Business Development Manager:

Studies in innovation management, technology management, marketing, business development, and process management
Excellent understanding of tools, very good IT skills
Excellent knowledge of project and process management
Proactive, structured working style as well as strong analytical skills and team spirit
Very good written and spoken English skills
Friendly demeanor and communicative
