We’re now seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Romania - someone energetic, articulate, and eager to grow in the world of B2B tech sales.
What you’ll do
• Run cold calling and outreach campaigns targeting Romanian tech companies.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies: prospecting, messaging, and follow-ups.
• Shadow senior sales on warm leads and assist with discovery preparation.
• Handle basic account management: maintaining client relationships, tracking renewals, and upselling.
• Keep the CRM clean, up to date, and actionable.
• Learn how to qualify prospects, understand their pain points, and communicate Odeen’s value clearly.
What we’re looking for
• Minimum 6 months of experience in selling services (ideally B2B).
• Fluent English and Romanian - both written and spoken.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and genuine hunger for business.
• Thick skin - rejection doesn’t break you; it motivates you.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - personable, clear, confident.
• Comfort with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and modern sales tools.
Nice to have
• Experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Interest in tech, startups, and how software teams are built.
