HRS is now looking for a new colleague – Business Development Manager [Hunting] to identify new partnership opportunities in the local market.

The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Business Development Lead.

Experience in Staffing agencies and HR services is highly desirable. Experience selling services and solutions to HR departments is mandatory.

What you’ll do:
Conduct initial interactions with prospects in a timely, professional, and proactive manner; Research and identify decision-makers for potential clients, focusing on HR directors and managers; Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities; Map the entire job pool and proactively match exceptional candidates in our database to potential roles; Effectively communicate client value proposition; Promote HRS services by initiating contact either by phone or email with decision-makers in HR departments.
