Project Context:
Internal mobile application designed to keep associates connected with corporate news, updates, and essential services on the go. It serves as a central touchpoint for collaboration and information sharing, especially for users accessing digital services with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on their mobile devices.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver responsive and secure frontend features for the internal employee application across mobile and web touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless integration with AWS middleware and critical backend services such as HR data, payroll, and interactive modules.
- Implement mobile-first features by writing clean, responsive frontend code utilizing React 19, TypeScript, and Bosch Spark UI, prioritizing mobile performance and resource optimization.
- Integrate frontend views with OData gateways, implementing payload minimization and efficient local caching.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma/Sketch mockups into intuitive, accessible frontend interfaces complying with corporate branding guidelines.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit and component testing suites to protect critical user paths.
- Operate within a Kanban workflow, autonomously pulling tasks, managing work-in-progress, and tracking progress in Jira.
- Keep frontend documentation updated, refine UI libraries, and refactor legacy code to minimize technical debt.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in modern frontend development, specifically with mobile-first web technologies and cross-platform hybrid/responsive web apps.
- Proven expertise in consuming complex enterprise APIs (REST, JSON, OData) focusing on performance, data parsing, and lazy-loading.
- Demonstrated experience delivering frontend features from design compliance through production testing and maintenance.
- Strong agile mindset with the ability to self-organize within a Kanban framework.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and automated unit/component testing.

Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating and running web applications within native mobile apps via in-app browsers.
- Understanding of or collaboration with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
- Experience with Bosch Spark UI and UI design tools like Figma or Sketch.
