Finance Manager

Your essential responsibilities
· Oversees the preparation of accurate financial reports
· Prepares monthly balance sheet and income statement analysis and other ad-hoc reports
· Manages and reviews monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
· Ensures compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements, supervise tax and statistical reports’ submissions
· Responsible for intercompany service charges and transfer pricing
· Maintenance of the intercompany charging model on regular basis
· Monitors cash flow and working capital to ensure the Romanian entities meet their financial obligations, manages bank relationships
· Ensure internal controls are in place and maintained to protect company assets
· Prepares annual statutory financial statements of Romanian entities
· Coordinates external and internal audits
· Leads and mentors the finance team, ensuring proper delegation, training, performance evaluation and continuous improvement
Your background And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certificate is essential
· 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Proficiency in accounting softwares and financial management tools
Fluent in English and Romanian languages
