Interwebs Mechanic

Oversees the digital infrastructure and internet presence of an organization, handling a variety of responsibilities including web design and development, routine site and content maintenance, and updates to ensure sites align with the organization's goals and objectives.
They serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization's website(s), collaborating closely with various departments such as MIS/Database Manager, Communications/Public Relations Director, Human Resource Director, and Operations Director.
Key duties:
Developing and maintaining internet and intranet portals, forms, and structures in accordance with the organization's needs.
Implementing and maintaining e-commerce applications in collaboration with the organization's retail operations, sales, marketing, and related departments.
Encouraging and facilitating consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organization's web properties.
Overseeing the performance, integrity, and security of the organization's website and servers.
Administering and supporting the association management system (AMS) with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and security.
Configuring and customizing the AMS to meet specific needs, including settings, fields, workflows, automations, analysis, reports, queries, dashboards, and other visualizations.
Additionally, candidate should possess:
Excellent technical skills and a good understanding of creative online marketing.
An innovative mindset to develop unique websites that enhance user-experience and business initiatives.
Interpersonal communication skills to explain website problems or procedures to non-IT employees.
The ability to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in areas such as server administration, database management, and web design.
