Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with both Java (30%) and Python (70%) in production environments
- 8+ years of professional experience building scalable, high-quality software applications
- Deep understanding of backend architecture principles and RESTful API design
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory); familiarity with GCP is a plus
- Proven ability to design, build, and ship end-to-end features independently
- Experience with Elasticsearch (designing, implementing, optimizing search/indexing solutions)
- Frontend development experience (JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Vue) highly desired
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing solutions like Snowflake (nice to have)
- Familiarity with TypeScript and/or PHP (nice to have)
- Experience with component design paradigms, controller-based patterns, and implementing applications using style guides and wireframes
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, leadership, and communication skills (excellent written and verbal English)

Responsibilities
- Lead development efforts and take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and engineers) to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products
- Apply technical expertise to drive adoption of new architectures and design patterns
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of the technical stack to ensure scalability and maintainability
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive and intuitive user interfaces
Description

Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of product development across backend and frontend systems. Youll work across the full development lifecycle — from architecture and implementation through to deployment — partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering. This role is backend-strong, with frontend capability expected.
