Executive Assistant to CEO – Remote (Eastern Europe)
Location: Remote‑first (candidates based in Eastern Europe, preferably Romania)
Employment type: Full‑time (40 h / week) with flexible hours; very rare weekend work; probation period of 3 months
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, resource‑ful professional to support the CEO (and occasionally the COO) across multiple fast‑growing ventures. The role combines operational, financial, administrative, and communication duties, requiring both meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Key responsibilities include:
Create and distribute periodic financial, operational, and strategic reports.
Process weekly payments to international contractors and suppliers, maintaining accurate documentation.
Manage ad‑hoc projects assigned by senior leadership, often involving cross‑border collaboration.
Organise travel logistics for the leadership team (≈ 12 + trips / year).
Assist with expense reports, invoice reconciliation, and basic HR processes (onboarding, record‑keeping, birthdays, time‑off tracking).
Update hiring content and job ads across recruitment platforms.
Communicate professionally and empathetically across multiple time zones.
