This role supports a global organization undergoing a major HR systems transformation, where SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is being implemented as the new core for employee data management. The position plays a key part in designing and executing the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and One Identity Manager, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems and enabling secure, efficient identity and access management across the company.

JD Romteca: Responsibilities

• Design and document the integration approach between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and One Identity Manager
• Define and map data flows, attribute mappings, and identity correlation between systems
• Develop and implement a staging layer for SAP SF-EC data to support integration
• Configure and integrate SAP SF-EC with One Identity Manager using Starling Connect
• Build and maintain synchronization processes, including INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and handle outstanding scenarios
• Support the coexistence and gradual migration from LOGA to SAP SF-EC, ensuring data consistency
• Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors and IAM stakeholders to align technical solutions
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support testing activities
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration processes
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle

JD Romteca: Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
• Proficiency with One Identity Synchronization Editor
• Experience designing and implementing synchronization projects and workflows
• Expertise in Process Designer, Designer, and Job Service within One Identity
• Deep understanding of INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and Handle Outstanding scenarios
• Experience with identity correlation, reconciliation, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes
• Proven track record integrating HR systems as authoritative identity sources
• Strong SQL and SQL Server skills, including staging tables and data transformations
• Experience working with REST APIs, OData, JSON, and OAuth2
• Experience with attribute mapping and data transformation
