Role: Quality Manager for Ruck Ventilatoare (Romania)
Report to: Quality Manager ruck Ventilatoren GmbH (Germany) and Plant Management ruck Ventilatoare (Romania)
Team responsibility: QA team ruck Ventilatoare (2 team member)
Targets:
- Support the company to improve the quality in products, processes and structures to satisfy the slogan “Best value for money”

- Implement and maintain a quality management system together with other ruck companies to have equal standards within ruck global

- Strategic improvement of the QA team

Main Topics:
- Factual Management of the QA team (Focus points, Projects,….)

- Human resource Management of the Q-team

- Take care about certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, DIN EN ISO 12102-3, UL 705, UL 507, further are

comming)

- Plan and Execute internal Audits for improving process quality

- Support external Audits

- Support the management in creating, document and enforce efficient and transparent structures within all departments

- Preventive Quality Management and Risk Management within the company

- Process Management (Create, Document, Measure, Improve)

- Leading and Participation of cross-departmental projects

- Responsible for compliance of quality related Guidelines and Directives

- Ensure a high quality of product implementation (APQP)

- Responsible handling of all types of claims

- Definition and handling of quality KPI

Knowledge:
- High knowledge of Quality tools

- Good social competence for involving the team combined with high strategic thinking

- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills

- Good knowledge of moderating tools and IT systems for process Analysis and documentation and generating KPI

- Good knowledge of APQP processes

- Structural claim handling incl. relevant KPI

- Tools for problem solving as Ishikawa and 5 why

- High level of understanding dependencies within companies between departments

- Experience in Quality Management
