Technical Evangelist

Duties include developing effective sales plans, providing technical advice to customers on the installation and use of software, handling software problems and faults or forward to technical departament, responding to tender documents, preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations, and contributing to team meetings.
Key responsibilities:
Identifying and pursuing potential customers or clients through various sales channels.
Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Delivering compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions.
Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Converting leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Setting and tracking sales goals and implementing strategies for driving growth.
Maintaining sales records and providing quarterly sales reports.
Working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in advertising sales or business administration preferred.
At least five years of industry sales experience.
Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
